I heard from Reese today and am in dire need to connect with a close family member. I was thinking maybe Claudia. Reese enclosed personal info/documents and asked that I make it public. I’m concerned and don’t want to do anything that may jeopardize his case.

Thanks for posting the new addy. I totally spaced on it yesterday~sorry!
I’m saddened about things being postponed. I only hope he’s able to spend some time with his family this Holiday Season.

Rachel Ferrari wants Reese to plead guilty to misdemeanor Endangerment of a Child and register as a Sex Offender. He could get out with time served. He wants to go to trial, but she has admitted that she cannot win. I doubt if she’s want to put the girl on the stand anyway. His next hearing is Jan 6, 2010. Let’s see if she is “sick” again.
